Mindfulness is a shift of mindset. It is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing without being overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
We will take a therapeutic approach to mindfulness, by using techniques such as getting closer to nature and teach people to consciously pay attention to their thoughts and feelings without placing any judgments upon them.
